Month of Coordination
For the couples who love planning every detail themselves, but want a professional to take the reins in the final stretch so they can truly enjoy the lead up to their day. I step in one month before your wedding to understand your vision, fill any gaps, and coordinate with your vendor team to make sure nothing is missed. On the day, I’m there to bring everything you’ve planned together seamlessly so you can enjoy your day with your loved ones and let me handle the logistics.

Meeting with you a month prior to talk through your plans, collect any items you have DIY’d and discuss how you envision it all coming together.
Contacting all vendors to introduce myself as the main point of contact going forward, so you aren’t bothered with phone calls on your wedding day.
Creation of professional event brief, provided to all vendors including a detailed run sheet, floor plan, seating plan, and all other key information.
Managing all vendors and their setup requirements on the day.
Setting out any personal items that aren’t managed by the venue such as seating charts, guest books, wedding favours.
Does not include styling in entirety. I am given your styling brief and set up according to your wishes and using my discretion where indicated.
Overseeing food and beverage service, and queuing timings with your musicians for your grand entrance, cake cutting, first dance and formalities.
Following you, your bridal party and immediate family around on the day and attending to any of your needs.
Up to 10 hours of coordination on the day by Annabelle, until your formalities conclude.

Alongside these occasions, we also plan, style and coordinate corporate events, supporting everything from intimate gatherings of 20 guests to large scale functions of up to 500.
